HELLO

My name is Terry. I am a medically trained nurse practitioner with over 12 years of medical service experience. I am 45 years young, have been married for 12 years, and am a father to a hilarious 4-year-old girl and an inquisitive 9-year-old boy. We live in Astoria, Oregon. I am at my best spending time with my family, trail running, strength training, swimming, and using my body to move outdoors in the pacific northwest. I believe a daily balance in mentality, physicality, emotionality, and spirituality is vital to happy living.

I aim to bring niche medical services often available in metropolitan areas to the Oregon and Washington coast. My greater plan is to offer progressive medical therapies often overlooked by bigger healthcare systems. By doing so, I will create an atmosphere that treats patients as individuals, not numbers. I will raise the bar, elevating the lives of my community through giving back. Hired staff will be compensated well above the median, decreasing the disparity gap and giving opportunities to those that need and deserve them.

the first clinic:

One neglected--and often shunned topic--is men's health. Whether it's finding a provider who understands men’s health or another who can treat a man based on symptoms–rather than insurance-mandated guidelines–it's not available. I started Vitali-T Men's Health & Testosterone Clinic to serve my community better to bring "Vitali-T" back into men's lives through monitored therapies that are proven to be life-changing and effective. Unfortunately, they are rarely covered using traditional service lines such as insurance-run healthcare entities focusing on arbitrary guidelines and metrics that mean little to individuals. Vitali-T Men’s Health & Testosterone Clinic is here to treat the individual without the severely restrictive insurance-based practice models. One by one, men will feel like a man again.
