Please give your medication order 3 to 5 days to process with the pharmacy. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and/or text link with a tracking number to track your shipment. This process can take ten or more business days, depending on supply chain issues, holidays, medication, or compounding shortages. As stated on the website, we diligently work to get you your order(s) in seven business days or less. However, this is not always the case and is not always possible, given current medication trends and shortages. 

All orders are sent via ground shipping and in discreet packaging. Some items are cold shipped. This will require refrigeration within just a few hours of delivery. It is up to you to ensure you are home to put your medication in refrigeration when required. You will not be required to sign for packages, though we do require a form of government ID (state and numbers) for shipping purposes. Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes but only to residential addresses. Shipping is free and part of the subscription model. Orders are only able to be shipped on weekdays.
